PAYMENT: payments are accepted via Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We use both the Shopify payments system and Paypal. 

SHIPPING: we offer affordable shipping within North America, and worldwide. Most products are printed to order and are shipped within 5 business days of purchase. Please note that all shipping times are estimates only. We have no control over the postal system and do recommend ordering early if on a deadline. 

USA orders are shipped via USPS First Class for one item. Multiple items are automatically upgraded to 2 day Priority Shipping.

Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post regular letter mail for one small item. Larger items or orders of multiples are automatically upgraded to 2-3 day Priority Shipping.

International orders are shipped via Canada Post and delivery times vary greatly depending on the order and customer location. Please contact us for specifics if you are on a deadline. 

DUTY & VAT: purchases originating outside of North America may incur a duty or VAT charge upon delivery. Locomotive Clothing has no influence upon these charges and does not assume responsibility for them. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES: we do not offer returns, but are happy to exchange unwashed and unworn purchases within 30 days of product delivery. Items must be in the same condition they were received in to exchange. Exchanges are not available on items marked "final sale."Shipping items to us for the purposes of exchange is the responsibility of the buyer. We will happily pay for outgoing exchange shipping, using the standard postal rate.
